[Lowfer] WMS

Lowfer WMS was in fairly well over much of the night but no sign of HSA, 
nor of PBO. BR was strong as usual.

JJY on 40 kHz was much stronger than usual around 0800Z, as were the 
three VLF Alpha sources. But by 1200Z the west coast Navtex stations in 
San Francisco and Long Beach on 518 kHz were barely decodable and NDB 
MOG in CA on 404 kHz was just detectable.
