Thanks for the details of your monitoring activity. I've seen Doppler 
shift on 10 meter beacons here often (O'Hare field isn't far away) but 
not on Hifers, yet.

Thanks for the mention that BR voice is LSB rather than USB. Darwin's 
beacon is a regular here but I normally use USB so maybe that's why I 
haven't copied the voice yet.
