Good morning Lloyd:
I had an inductor in the low-pass filter that was running really hot - couldn't touch.
Took it out and found another core, replaced, rewound - and all is cool now.

Still can't figure the problem with the original core.

However, this has allowed me to increase the final current - so power outpu is
up a bit this morning.
