[Lowfer] NI in VE7

[VE7SL at shaw.ca]

Good signals from Kuni (JA7NI) last night on the 7600+km path...this was my
first look for him this season. Antenna used was the 8' passive air core
loop, recently refurbished with a new tuning cap after the old one had
gradually become more and more lossy.
