[Lowfer] " XR " in slow CW mode today

Sure. Band conditions are: mid afternoon static anywhere from S1 to S5 with
250Hz crystal filter in place. Antenna is Clifton Labs active antenna
(omnidirectional). Receiver is Icom R75 with Amrad VLF converter
(constructed by Todd Roberts with OCXO, although that is not relevant at
5wpm CW speeds). WAV file was captured using Spectrum Lab software with 75Hz
CW filter, although I could make out the beacon ID without Spectrum Lab.
