Beacon "6R" is on-the-air from El Dorado Hills, Ca.  The beacon is on 182.868 kHz transmitting slow cw "6R + 4-second dash."  The antenna is a 38 foot vertical with a large 12 foot diameter top hat and 55 radials 34 to 43 feet in length.  Operation will be 24/7 unless I am receiving VLF.  I will be making improvements to the radial system in the near future.
