[Lowfer] WD2XSH/7 in WSPR mode

WD2XSH/7 is now running in WSPR mode.

WSPR Program settings:
Dial frequency = 494.400 KHz.
TX frequency = 495.900 KHz.

Actual carrier frequency = 495.968 KHz, more or less, depending on the
temperature in the shack.

Transmitter power out is 200 watts, radiated power is 20 watts.

The TX/RX cycle is 50% so I can listen for other WSPR stations
operating on the ARRL assigned band.

Reception Spots will be uploaded to the WSPRNET.ORG web site.
