[Lowfer] Smart Meters pwr & water

I have a wi-fi type of smart meter in this rural area here, installed a year 
ago--it doesn't create any LF qrm (obviously!). We're about 700 feet from 
the road; now the meter reader just drives by on the road instead of coming 
down the lane, getting out and visually reading the meter.
