[Lowfer] 518 kHz Navtex

J.B., if you monitored 518 kHz Navtex again last night perhaps you 
decoded $12Q, Long Beach, CA. I got one decode at 0919Z. That's well 
after the scheduled window but $04F, Boston, MA captured the frequency 
until then (also sending well past its scheduled window, which is the 
same).

Caught the tail end of VO1NA on 137.777 kHz QRSS sending the full call 
sign around 0630Z. The Cape Ray, NL DGPS transmitter on 287 kHz was good 
at that time too. Moved then to 495.97 kHz where the repaired WD2XSH/7 
was again putting out an outstanding CMSK31 signal on the secondary 
channel. /15 and /17 were in there on WSPR as well.
