[Lowfer] TIL DFCW10 tests to begin tomorrow...

  Hi All

I want to start some tests at DFCW10 on 137778.0, I'd QSY but I want to 
ensure as many listeners can find me as possible and without the loran 
lines some may have difficulty QSYing...  The idea being to test 
possible QSO speeds back east.  Would be nice to get a baseline as the 
QRN fades away...

Let me know if you plan to look.  I'll start tomorrow night and run a 
DFCW90 beacon tonight once prop to EU fades, which BTW seems very good.
