That is certainly true for apex up delta loops....they do make great HF
antennas.  The loop in question was originally erected for reception
on 185 kHz. but recently I changed the feed and have a perfect SWR
on 30 meters.  Monitoring PSK-31, I'm picking up European stations
like gangbusters with it, so it has the "right" polarity for me.
