[Lowfer] TIL Sunday morning

Copy of TIL wasn't as good for us as for JB. Did see it weakly along
with MP when looking around 137.38 kHz 0900-1030Z. Earlier had been
monitoring the WEB lowfer beacon on 189.9494 kHz, QRSS60. It was in here
decently even with QRSS30 bandwidth beginning 0700Z. Spent time after
1030Z tuned to 185.3 kHz but only saw my local beacon SIW. What other
beacons are QRV there these days? As this is written have the usual fine
daytime copy of JB's beacon EAR on 188.83 kHz, QRSS30.

Earlier in the evening quite a few listeners reported decodes of
WD2XSH/29 using CMSK31 at 509.5 kHz. Fred was decoded here too, but
given the waterfall strength and the SNR indicated by the GUI, the
number of errors was disappointing. Didn't do as well as PSK31 a while
back during daytime tests by WD2XSH/34. There were static crashes here
but they didn't seem all that bad. I was using Version 1.0 Build
04.08.10 and that may be a bit out of date.
