[Lowfer] Proposed new band at 461-469 and 471-478 kHz

Was that for recieve only or will it transmit on that frequency? Don't think it 
will unless you modified it for all band transmit.

My 706MKII and SG-237 could tune a 12' whip to 150 KHz...

Maybe we can run full duplex with the new band!
