[Lowfer] 600 meter band conditions on 9/14/2010 - NOTE

Andy...Strange this subject came up as I was wondering what was happening 
last night on VHF AM freq... A strange watery sound almost like picket 
fencing on the signals... I never heard that that far up in freq befor...
