[Lowfer] TIL Capture Overnight 09/17/10

Finally had a somewhat decent capture of TIL  overnight 09/17 here in 
South Carolina. The signal peaked here between  0530-0630EDT
or 0930-1030UTC, a little while before my local  sunrise.

Looks like conditions are improving the closer we get  to
winter.  Plus I am sure the improvements Scott is making to  his
antenna and higher transmitter power are helping also!.
