[Lowfer] Is this "XES"??

Scott, I can just never seem to get rid of him. We struggle and 
struggle...you may have seen some of it on TV years ago...intercut with 
pictures of the Rosette Nebula...

Anyway, to answer Rick's question, it is XES, and your screen is 
definitely upside-down. If you're receiving in CW mode, try the Reverse 
option if your receiver has it. XES' dots are on 137.779, and the dashes 
on 137.7792. XNS is on 137.781. In both cases, the synthesizers are GPS 
locked, and are quite accurate.

XES will be on until 0300Z. At the moment, both XNS and XES are coming 
in quite well on F1AFJ's grabber:
