[Lowfer] Overnight activity - 160 meter QSO

Hi J.B.

I made my first digital contact in years on HF Tues. nite.
I was calling CQ in MFSK16 on 160 meters, and had a QSO with
N4MIO - Dwayne, in Graham, NC. That is of course not DX from my
QTH, but was a thrill anyway. I have been listening for a long 
time, but just worked up the nerve to actually try for a contact.
My antenna is resonant at 1.836 MHz, so I can operate from 1.8 to 
1.840 MHz, Last night I was on 1.810 in MFSK16. I can run about 
any mode you would like to try. I usually keep the power to around
25 watts so the rig won't get too hot. Mitch has never had any
trouble copying me at that power level, of course it could be 
different between you and I.  Let me know if you want to try for
a 2-way, and we'll see what we can setup.  73 for now OM :
