[Lowfer] Overnight activity

Saw a bit of "TIL" on 137 kHz in NE IL overnight but not as well as JB. 
Noticed the signal was weaker than it had been on both the KL1X grabbers 
(AK and OK). NDB NY in British Columbia on 350 kHz wasn't very strong 
here either. Conditions to the SW were much better. Around local sunrise 
lowfer WEB was strong (189.9494 kHz, QRSS60, but visible even with QRSS3 
bandwidth). Also, the W5JGV grabber showed hints of MP and SIW at the 
lowfer watering hole (185.3 kHz).
