Recently , after Hans introduced his 30 meter MEPT kits at Dayton this year , QRSS has become quite popular with new people that have never used it before .
Presently some of the really active members , have been experimenting with "stacking" QRSS screens . It does seem to show some promise in producing better displays of captures .
Most people are doing exact 10 minute captures for their images to stack (overlay) on top of each other over a long period of time .
It is just a new interesting tool that may also prove useful for us in our part 15 beacon operations .
I have yet to experiment with it myself . However I have seen many of the results of stacking the images and plan to try it this season and see if we can't get another little bit of technology to dig a better looking capture out of the noise .
I can not recommend a specific program as of yet , but here is a link to one that is being used successfully .

Please feel free to forward this information to other groups or people that may have an interest in it . I would also be interested in seeing any results from anyone that tries it for part 15 , part 5 , or the 600 meter project .
Also if anyone tries it with a different mode , I would be interested in tips and results of that also .
Perhaps there is a better piece of software also , that someone more familiar with it than I , can recommend .
