[Lowfer] CMSK31 on 137.500 tonight

No success here again. CMSK is proving to be a very difficult 
mode for me. I find it hard to believe that I'm not getting
enough signal, but for the record, I ran Spectran along with
CMSK and saw no signal on the waterfall. I'll try it again
another time, I hate giving up {:~)  ....  73 all:
