[Lowfer] CMSK31 on 137.500 tonight

WD2XES will be running CMSK31 on 137.500 kHz tonight until about 0200 
UTC. This is the actual transmit frequency. If you use USB with a 1 kHz 
offset (the program's default), you should set the receiver to 136.500 
kHz. You may see some advantage by setting the program for the actual 
sampling rate of your sound card.
