Hi Scott,
I was able to see traces of TIL here in SC EM92oe on Wednesday
morning 09/01/10 about 07:30AM local time /1130Z - a little after  local
sunrise. There was a brief fade-up of your signal.
 
 I could make out plainly two dashes on your lower
freq together and a few traces of other letters but that was it.
Using ARGO 90 sec / slow. Could have been the letter "I" or part of the  
letter "L".
 
Distance 2494 miles at bearing 311 degrees from me.
