[Lowfer] beacon WMS

Gotcha (I think)! Distance between us is 563 miles, according to qrz.com.

Receiver is Icom R-75 with an AMRAD clone LF converter with OCXO for
stability (built by Todd, WD4NGG). Antenna is a Wellbrook LFL1010 and
KIWA 500 kHz lowpass filter.
