[Lowfer] Reason for QRSS-180 transmission at lowFER Beacon " XR "

Good evening Dick:  Thanks for the report, and capture. If you want
to see the characters start to stand out from the noise, try again
with ARGO set to 120-SLOW...You will notice a big difference in the
clarity of the letters versus 30 second-SLOW. QRSS-60-SLOW will
work OK too, and still allow seeing the other stations without being
very tiny characters. 

I went back and checked my reception reports from you, and the first
report I have from you was on Oct. 25 & 26, 2008... How coincidental
is that??
