[Lowfer] beacon WMS & UWL

Thanks Andy, though I doubt your signal, strong as it is on Argo, is
causing my AGC to react at all. Conditions should be great tonight and
tomorrow night, barring any solar storms, which I have not checked.
Hope you didn't get hit too hard by the strong winds earlier this
week. Several trees were snapped in half and uprooted near me.
