I did contact Bill Bower (WEB) on the phone this evening.  First off he just 
got back from a family gathering and was away for a few days.  Before he 
left, Mud Dobbers got into his transmitter and he pulled the plug on the 
power to WEB.  The site is at a business and while he was gone someone 
plugged it in and the transmitter was running again.  Bill thinks he will 
have time to go to the site on Friday and remove the transmitter and take it 
home for repair or at least "cleaning" from the Mud Dobber debre.  Since he 
has been gone, he really doesn't know the status of the beacon until he gets 
out to it on Friday.  He said if it is really a mess, he may have to obtain 
a new transmitter.  (The one he has now is pritty old and been out in the 
weather for a long time and has a pritty antique beacon IDer in it).
