[Lowfer] " XR " back in QRSS-60

I am back in QRSS-60 sending the usual " XR "... With the recent 
changes to the grounding system, and the questioning as to whether
or not it actually benefited; any reception reports will be appreciated,
especially if you do happen to notice a change in the signal level,
mainly, much weaker.... Nothing has been done that can't be un-done.
