Great Pacific catch..... Just for fun - use Google and enter    beacon LLD    and take a
look at the satellite graphic that pops up.  Looks like a centre fed Tee antenna - I suppose 
you could calculate tower height by shadows ? ?   and they must have an enormous extension
cord, because they're in the middle of nowhere !
