[Lowfer] abrupt LOS

Jay, I wasn't monitoring lowfers this morning around sunrise but recall
WEB typically disappears mid-dit or dash. The 500 kHz stations WD2XSH/6
and /7 are much stronger but they nosedive as well in a matter of a few
minutes with sunrise. Figured the D layer was rather like a switch -
turn on when dark, turn off when sunlit. Might be interesting to monitor
lowfers during an eclipse.

Copied XR well here through the night (0400Z-0815Z) and got two full
callsigns from WMS using QRSS30, slow. The first was around 0430Z, the
second around 0530Z. Still nothing definite from UWL.

Conditions were good here around local sunrise to the west, allowing NDB
LLD on 350 kHz to be copied the first time this "season".
