[Lowfer] Angled wires from the top hat to the mast

I went ahead and aded 4 angled wires to the antenna just to see what
happens. I looked at the info on Lyles old "MIN " antenna, and his
was not connected down the mast, but at the top of it, and the top hat
pipe was insulated, so my experiment if it does anything will most
likely just make the top 5 feet of the mast " appear " very large.
