[Lowfer] Watering hole and EAR

With all the attention being paid to the watering hole, I should point
out that lowfer EAR is working well too, QRSS30 on 188.8307 kHz.

Nothing noted here around 185.29905 kHz. The lightning map was quiet
over night but reception was rather noisy anyway. In addition to local
SIW, XR was in well throughout the night and all letters of WMS were
copied, but at QRSS60 rate rather than QRSS30. Those signals plus UWL
were evident on Laurence's Bartlesville grabber. The W5JGV grabber only
showed hints of signals whereas last year it regularly copied MP at
great distance regularly. Perhaps the e-probe has degraded.
