Yes Jay:  I just finished some work on the cableing coming into
the window; and have the beacon running in QRSS-60 as usual.
RF current is gently moving between 140 to 145 Milli Amps as
the breeze blows this evening.


Now, for the laugh factor :: The wind got up pretty breezy today,
and a piece of the perimeter tape on the top hat tore... 
I expected that really. And now that I see that the antenna can 
be raised with 2 people, I will lower it and put a solid wire 
around the perimeter, and most likely remove the foil tape. 
That's the part that the wind is going to whip around the most.
