I just received an email today from Bill - " WEB "  thanking me for
sending him the capture, and report on his beacon signal.  Some may
not know that he does not subscribe to the LOWFER email list, so  he
does not see the reports being posted about his beacon. He told me
that  I was the first report he has gotten in months. I'm sure it 
would make him  very happy to get some more captures, and reports.
If any of you guys have  one recently, and want to send it direct

Hi Andy,
Thanks for Bill Bower's current email address. I sent him a report of
receiving WEB last weekend and reported his beacon was slightly
lower in frequency than his listing.
 
Bill wrote back and said he went to check why his frequency was a bit  low
and found his transmitter and circuit board was covered with
"Mud Daubers" and was a real mess.
 
He said he may try to clean the mess if possible or rebuild the  circuit. 
He is off to
a family reunion so "WEB" may be off the air for a week or two.
