[Lowfer] AC utility meter QRM on LF

We can look at it as an opportunity to develop new methods and technology to 
deal with it . We will might even end up with enhancements that will be of 
benefit to our current technology .

In one sense it is good that it is in an area of the spectrum where the 
people are still designers , builders and experimenters .
