A correction for your list involves WEB. Although his great signal often 
comes through with QRSS30 bandwidth (and even less), his mode is really 
QRSS60 at the moment.

Also, according to http://lwca.org/mb/msg/1472.htm, Mark, KU7Z has 
received western beacons GNB and JAM. The latter shares QRSS30 and CW so 
it's a possibility for listeners farther east. Unfortunately the 
frequency is only listed vaguely as 188 kHz. Perhaps Mark can pin JAM 
down more precisely.
