[Lowfer] Lowfer - WEB good copy tonight in SC

Hi All,
Just took a look around 189.950 and  there was WEB on the 
ARGO screen. Copy was fading a bit but I could easily  make
out the letters W-E-B. My distance to WEB is about 912 miles
so he is  putting out a real good signal. This is my first copy of  WEB.

Frequency was reading a little lower than advertised on the  screen -
189.949.35KHz instead of an even 189.950.
