[Lowfer] 137 kHz and more in NE IL

Conditions were pretty good overnight. Still haven't seen a Wolf decode
of TAG but am locking onto the correct frequency so it shouldn't be long
now. Monitored 137 kHz using ARGO QRSS20, slow beginning around 0830Z
and found both TIL and MP easily. Unfortunately a spurious signal also
showed up that degraded the captures somewhat. Both signals were quite a
bit stronger than previously seen. VLF European signals are starting to
be visible above the QRN and 60-Hz harmonics and 500 kHz signals from
experimental licensees are doing well. WD2XSH/6,/7,/16, and /31 were
noted. Perhaps VX9BDQ could have been seen too but I was tuned to a
stale frequency. The lowfer watering hole was checked briefly but
nothing seen of UWL. Was pleased to find 3 new NDBs while looking
in-between DGPS stations. Around 0800Z noticed that the Navtex station
in Kodiak, AK was decoding a bit on 518 kHz after Labrador dekeyed. That
was followed by good copy of San Francisco, until Miami keyed up.
