[Lowfer] SJ in TN

SJ in NE IL wasn't nearly as good as Doug saw last night. Here the 
signal finally showed up around 0200Z on 186849Hz using ARGO QRSS30, 
slow. Conditions earlier were good to the south with NDB CIS, Corn 
Island, Nicaragua particularly strong. SJ was in and out until 0615Z 
when I tuned in Navtex on 518 kHz. There Bermuda managed to sneak 
through Miami and San Francisco transmissions at 0818Z and Honolulu was 
seen weakly at 1240Z.
