[Lowfer] Dead of the night signal enhancement

Hi All:  I have been actively monitoring lowFER signals since 
late 2007. I have paid attention to both signals I received,
as well as capture reports sent to me of my beacon signal.
I have noticed that both instances show a marked improvement
in signal strength between the hours of 2 am to 4 am local
time. This is a general evaluation because there are some
nights that there is no signal at all, and others where the 
signal starts early, and stays thru the night. Total hours of
darkness also come into play. Basically, propagation is tricky.
Plus there is the " just before sunrise " enhancement that 
most monitors see in received signal strength.

No new info. here, just added for the flavor.
