[Lowfer] lowFER copy in Friendsville, TN. tonite

Ditto on the noise here.

Copied an "X" early on at 137779.8 and then nothing until an hour or two 
before sunrise where MP got strong enough to ID. There was also a hint 
of DFCW below MP for a few minutes..
