[Lowfer] Good conditions to AK

The 1140Z Navtex slot on 518 kHz produced strong signals from Kodiak, AK 
to NE IL. Tuning to 525 kHz allowed NDB ICW to be copied on LSB. On 137 
kHz a DFCW signal was noted on the KL7UK Alaska grabber (also on the UK 
Oklahoma grabber and the VE7TIL grabber), in addition to XKO. Got there 
just in time to catch a few characters of "TIL". Looked for lowfer PBO 
earlier in the morning to no avail, though PA NDBs like UCP on 272 kHz 
were coming through.
