[Lowfer] HiFer MP on 13 MHz

Hifer "MP" is back on the air from London, Ontario (EN92ix) on 13555.460
kHz when last measured. Format is QRSS3 so easy on ARGO or "live".

Antenna is "C" half wave vertical dipole cut for 20 meters - but  
should radiate.

Using EPSON oscillator - and K1EL ID - so could be 70mW  - 80 mW dc  
input.

Reports from Australia and Mexico in past life.

Summer is here - with temperatures hitting 90+ F.......so figured it's  
time for HiFer ??
