Hi Bob:
The sound card is very critical in that you need sampling at 96khz both
for record and play and the noise floor needs to be down around -135 db.
That is an expensive card. I'm using a cheap Auzen xFI 7.1 card that I
picked up refurbished by Auzen for $100. The G59 is a good fun project
to construct and put in a box. The receiver is very good, but, the
transmitter keyer needs some work yet.
