[Lowfer] 30meter beacon copy

MIke I have been posting on both the Lowfer and 4sqrp (four state qrp forum) 
to generate interest. I'll bet quite a few of the 4sqrp guys bought the kits 
at fdim.

Also those not familiar with argo might need some prompting about receiving.

do you remember the links Hans talked about? it may be in the instructions.

If they are interested in beacons we may get some converts.
