Hi Mike,

13570 is WINB, Red Lion, PA.  Near York.  Not terribly far 
from ye olde W3EEE haunt;  last I went and had a look (got to 
be a dozen years ago now) it was a fairly sad-looking rhombic 
a couple-of-hundred feet-per-leg, maybe 70' high aimed at 
Central America.  Yep:  it's "All God, All The Time!" format, 
selling time to, well, anybody really.  Some of the usual 
suspects and some real looney-tunes.

Maybe Bob, K3DJC who lives in York has more current info.

Oddly, there is/was another small-time religious station 
nearby, too:  WMLK in Bethel, PA (about 30m east of 
Harrisburg, right beside I-78) on 9265.  It used to have a 
wire log-periodic, but they went big-time and hung a 2-over-2 
curtain instead, and bought a 250kW TX that fell off the back 
of Radio Free Europe (I think);  they could never get it to 
work and they've been silent since...  a shame really; 
sometimes they were fun to listen to, unlike WINB.
