[Lowfer] Daytime beacon report

I've had WMS down for a couple of days repairing the loading coil and making 
comparisons to a new loading coil made with 16awg enamel wire. Should be 
back on tomorrow.

Loading coil made with enamel wire looks good, too much inductance for tower 
ant, I will be trimming it down to match the litz wire coil I am now using 
and make comparisons.

Bad splice job on the litz wire seems to be the problem of low ant current 
last couple of weeks. Hope to be back up to strength for summer season. 
friday and sat had severe t'storms and tornados in Arkansas.

Haven't seen SIW or XR on Ralphs grabbe in a couple of weeks , CV down for 
antenna repairs.

I will be at Dayton next week for hamfest and FDIM, four days in may 
convention of qrpers.
