I saw that last night also. It looked just like a staircase with
fairly short dashes and it looked like it was stepping in
0.1Hz steps.
I don't know exactly when it stopped but it kept
stepping down in freq until it went below the ARGO window
set for QRSS30.
I believe there were traces of it on the F1AFJ grabber in France also.
