[Lowfer] GROUP ROUNDTABLE freq's

fyi - 3740 is used here on the west coast by the evening rage chewers 
for hours at a time...

I don't know whats on 80m below 3700 back east but it is usually fairly 
quiet out here so a spot down there may make better sense as the real 
estate is still fairly fresh for SSB operation...
