General Class can go down to 7.175 on 40 meters, so operation as
low as 7.178 MHz is possible. Things should get better with longer
daylight hours holding the SW BC'ers off a little longer. Backing
the net up any earlier will make it difficult for the guys in the
central time zone, interfering with family, and dinner times, etc.
