        I can go anywhere in the band - lower (below 3800) is usually less crowded, but for a quick test we should be able to exchange reports just about anywhere...

Warren , in this area , 3.900 , is used as the Oklahoma Statewide frequency 
. They clear the frequency before that and it usually remains clear here . I
